Surprise! I'm still kickin'. Law school is excellent and now half-over. I'm working at a law practice that focuses on felony defense and is quite fun. I have two cats and an Xbox360. That's really all you need.

I have one of those "somethings gotta give" moods where I clearly need to add or purge something, yet I have no idea what, I've been in a malaise for days.

I just watched the UCLA video and I want to puke. Those cops all deserve battery charges on the kid and assault charges on the people they said they'd "taze" for asking for their badge numbers, fucking pigs.

Anyways, school is great. Law School was entirely the correct decision, and thus far I am excelling. I am uber excited for the congressional results, and I am generally quite a happy man. Huzzah.

for those who don't know, I'm chillin beachside in my Minnesotan cabin. Fishin, swimin, drinkin, it's the life my friends. I'll be back late this week, not sure exactly when.

Two things

1. If anyone has anywhere I should visit in Topeka be it park/museum/shop/restaraunt etc. please let me know. My wanderings have already proven more fruitful then expected, but why go wandering when someone could hand you a map? (not expected to be answered!)

2. I am seriously considering making an attempt at learning guitar. Yes I know it's hard and I will throw a fit or two, but I don't care, I feel a void in my life musically, and I wish to fill it. Anyone have a good idea regarding obtaining a type of guitar or a place to do it?

My apartment flooded early last week, it is now uninhabitable.

My car broke down yesterday, it is now moderately drivable, at best.
